The Army’s Stigma Reduction Communications Campaign was an integrated outreach program developed to combat stigma and normalize help-seeking behavior within the Army Family. Interviews and photo-shoots were conducted on base with real soldiers.

Series of posters urging the Total Army to better know the soldiers they see every day. Messaging encourages leaders and peers to support those seeking help and reinforces that seeking help is a sign of strength.

This banner was designed to raise awareness during special installation events or as a visible display in barracks, medical facilities, food courts, shopping centers, or other high-traffic areas.

This brochure encouraged Total Army personnel to support Soldiers, emphasizing Army culture and commitment to health and readiness. It highlighted resources available online, in person, or by phone. Distributed to Soldiers, leaders, families, and Army civilians, it would of been displayed in clinics, ACS offices, MWR facilities, and other high-traffic areas.

This brochure focused on supporting a Soldier's family, outlining ways for family members to Listen, Observe, Learn, and Share to better recognize needs and provide support to their Army family member. It also highlighted resources available online, in person, or by phone. Distributed to Soldiers, leaders, families, and Army civilians, it would of been displayed in clinics, ACS offices, MWR facilities, and other high-traffic areas.

This pocket guide encourages Army leaders to know their troops and model mentorship. Designed for all unit leadership, it supports a positive help-seeking climate and can be placed in kiosks throughout the installation or used in conjunction with special events or training.

This App was designed to keep individuals engaged with the program through personal and professional challenges. Individuals would move through different levels of achievement gaining knowledge as they progressed.

The website was designed to be a hub of interactive information and a place one could learn and share. The user could access more detailed information by clicking from the larger more present sections of the layout.
