Mylo Insurance
One of my first tasks at Mylo was updating email templates for design and functionality. Over the years, we refined the designs based on engagement, simplifying emails to highlight calls-to-action and improve navigation. We also replaced generic stock photos with custom illustrations and icons I created based on subject matter and client input.

| Illustrating a Partnership
This email series emphasized client co-branding and used illustrations to tailor the experience to each client's message. For example, the Mylo + FSG email featured a custom-built Cadillac STV-5 I illustrated to match the exact giveaway car—plus a touch of burnout smoke for fun.

With these emails, I aimed for a quicker visual read through art and content. I replaced stock photography in the header with illustrations, added a CTA for an immediate touchpoint, and and worked with our marketing team t0 refine the copy with punchier headlines, shorter text, and bullet points for key details—resulting in greater engagement.

| Continuing email design development
Mylo wanted to create a newsletter-style email that distilled insurance topics into digestible pieces. It included pro-tips, blog links for deeper learning, and company testimonials.
To support this, I designed distinct sections while ensuring a cohesive look. I also used brand colors, gradients, and tints to set these educational emails apart from marketing ones.
